Returns, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Orders MUST Be Returned Within 30 Days

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all packaging and accessories (except for used stem). Epickai.com reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. Items may be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping fees).

You must have an authorized RMA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RMA number. Please email CUSTOMERSERVICE@EPICVAPE.COM with your order number in the subject line to begin the return process.

Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return process when requesting a refund or exchange. Warranty requests are non-transferable and USA customers will not be charged for shipping costs. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase including but not limited to upgraded and international shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You should expect your refund or exchange to process within one week from the delivery date to us assuming the above conditions are met. That includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. Orders Returned After 30 days

After 30 days there will be no returns or exchanges. We feel that 35 days is ample time to decide whether our products are right for you.

Epickai.com reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Epickai.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.

DO NOT send the any glass accessories back after they have been used.
