Once you're set up and ready to start your E-Nano session, plug in the cord to your E-Nano and an outlet.

Set your dial anywhere from 6.5-8 and allow to heat up for 2-4 minutes. It's a good idea to set it at the minimum temperature you intend to use during your session.

The higher the temp the more visible vapor. However, dense vapor is not required for a vaporizer to be effective.

While your E-Nano is heating up now is the time to load your stem. You will add herbs to the side closest to the silicone guard.

Some users prefer to grind herbs and other do not. It is a personal preference. We suggest a slight grind at least. A somewhat firm tamping down of the load ensures you don't loose any when placing it on the E-Nano core. Not too tight!

Once your E-Nano has warmed up and your stem is loaded pick up your E-Nano tilting the E-nano towards you so that it is at an angle. This helps to keep the stem load from falling. out on the heater core. Place the stem on the metal core.

Breathe in slowly. Repeat until the stem load turns a roasted coffee color. You may also want to stir whats in the stem between inhales.
