What payment types do you accept?

We accept all majpr credit cards through Shopify Payments.

Payment plans may be available using Sezzle or Shop Payments during checkout.

We do NOT accept PayPal.

Can I order over the phone?

No, unfortunately we only take orders through our website.

Our team can help walk you through an online order if you require assistance. We recommend creating a customer account first. This will allow us to send you an invoice and payment link via email.

SHIPPING

How long does standard shipping usually take?

Depending on where you live, shipping is generally 3-4 business daysafter your order has been processed.  For orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated shipment times start from 2-3  full business day after order confirmation. There may be a delay of up to 5 business days for shipping to rural ZIP and Postal Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events.

How long does international shipping usually take?

Depending on where you live, international shipping is generally 9-30 business days after your order has been processed. Standard processing time is 2-3 business days. International shipping times vary.

Is your packaging discreet and who does it come from?

Yes all shipments use discreet packaging; it will be from “Epickai.”

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in sunny Southern California!

What shipping providers do you use?

We ship via United States Postal Service.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, USPS ships to P.O. boxes HOWEVER, it's possible your package may not fit in you box. Please keep this in mind when filling out your shipping information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs: Will I need to pay any customs or duty fees?

Your shipment may be subject to import charges and customs fees; these will be your responsibility to pay and are not included in our shipping costs.

Customs: What if my country refuses the package?

Though we would love to see the E-Nano in every country in the world we understand that certain regulations prohibit such an achievement.
We will attempt to ship to almost any country (excluding Russia & Germany) but the liability of delivery is the customers responsibility.

Once your International order is accepted by our local USPS office we will not refund for undeliverables until the package is returned to our warehouse by the customs office. We understand that this can be inconvenient however, most packages are received with little to no issue. We do supply tracking information with every order so you will be able to track the shipping process and see when it arrives at your local customs/mail office.

In the event your package is held up in customs we suggest having them return the package so we can refund your purchase in a timely manner.
